Shah Rukh ibn Timur, (A.H. 807-850) (A.D. 1405-1447), fifth coinage (A.H. 827-850), reform type, silver tankas, Astarabad mint, A.H. 828, 829 = A.D. 1424-5, 1425-6, (A.2405, M.-, M.1897), Herat mint, A.H. 828 = A.D. 1424-5, (A.2405, M.1905), another Kirman mint A.H. 828 = A.D. 1424-5, another Samarkand mint, A.H. 829 = A.D. 1425-6, (A.2405, M.-, M.1922), Tabriz mint A.H. 851 = A.D. 1447-8, a posthumous issue struck by Qara Qoyunlu ruler Jahanshah whose coinage was in the name of Shah Rukh (cf.A.2405 and 2493). Last very good, others very fine or better, some scarce. (6)
