Pte Charles Thomas Taylor, labourer, age 23, born at Islington, UK; Enl.24Aug1914 with previous service of 3 years with King's Royal Rifles; Emb.24Sep1914; served with 9th (Queensland) Battalion 3rd Brigade 1st Australian Division; KIA 20May1915 Gaba Tepe, Gallipoli; Buried at Shell Green Cemetery.
