Sydney, black print, blue centre, vignette of one seated and two standing female figures on seashore, angel looking down from above, ship at sea at right, lighthouse on rock at left, on back 'Five' within blue panel over pattern circle at centre, 'share warrant' above, 'to bearer' below, blue circular patterns in each corner, all within border. With folds and creases, small tears in fold lines and tape on vertical centre fold from bottom edge to centre on back, soiled, some foxing, very good.
