Tasmania, Tasmanian Government Debenture for £100, No.154, issued to Francis William Mitchell, Hobart Town, 1st May 1880, Coat of Arms top centre, black print within lined border (45 x 29cm), overstamped 'CANCELLED' five times across signatures, signed by Government Administrator Smith. With transfer notations in red and black ink on back, pin holes, folds and creases, some foxing, very fine.
