Nerva, (A.D. 96-98), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued January-September A.D. 97, (24.31 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA [CAES AVG GERM P M TR P II COS] III P P, rev. around ROMA RENASCENS, Roma seated left holding Victory and spear, S C in exergue, (S.3054, RIC 91, BMC 118). Deep brown patina, good fine - nearly very fine and scarce.
