Nerva, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 98, (3.23 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG GERM P M TR P II, rev. around IMP II COS IIII PP, Libertas standing left, holding pileus and sceptre, (S.3028, RIC 43, RSC 89); another, Rome mint, issued A.D. 97, (3.24 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P COS III P P, rev. around CONCORDIA EXERCITVVM two clasped hands holding a legionary eagle on a prow, (S.3021, RIC 15, RSC 25, BMC 8). Toned, very fine - good very fine. (2)
