Nero, (A.D. 54-68), silver denarius, issued c.65-66, Rome mint, (3.31 g), obv. laureate head to right of Nero, around NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS, rev. Salus seated to left on throne, holding patera, SALVS in exergue, (cf.S.1945, RIC 52, BMC 90, RSC 314). Toned, nearly very fine and scarce.
