Centenary of the BMA - AMA in Queensland, 1894-1994, in oxidised silvered (oval 55.5x77.5mm), designed by P.D. (Peter Dornan of Brisbane), obverse, Hygieia, daughter of the god of medicine Asclepius standing right with a snake twined around her left arm and with a botanical bouquet, symbolising the 'plant of immortality', in front of her, reverse, Asclepius symbol of a rod with snake twined around it and below this is a black enamelled plaque inscribed, 'Presented to/Dr Mervyn Cobcroft/From AMAQ'; another identical in oxidised bronze and unnamed in the plaque area; also the sculptor's uniface trial piece in lead of the obverse design.
