Colony of Victoria. Land Grants by Purchase (2), both to John Elder and William Elder of Rokewood, one for eighty three acres, three roods and thirty six perches, in the County of Grenville, Parish of Kurucaruc; the other for ninety one acres three roods and four perches in trhe County of Grenville, Parish of Corindhap. Both on vellum and signed, sealed and dated by Governor Sir Henry Barkly, 21st November 1859. With folds, very fine. (2)
