Land Purchase document, registered and presented, signed by Governor Major Sir Charles Augustus Fitz Roy for land grant and purchase at Bathurst by James William Bligh, 22nd November 1846, with government wax seal, originally prepared as a printed document, another signed by Governor Earl Beauchamp, 3rd May 1898 at Burraga, all on vellum, and a Conveyance document between J.W.
