Trajan, (A.D. 98-117), silver denarius, issued 112-115, Rome mint, (3.39 g), obv. laureate head to right of Trajan, around IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS VI PP, rev. SPQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI, Trajan on horseback left carrying spear, (S.3166, RIC 291 var, RSC 497a, BMC 445). Toned, good very fine and scarce.
