Tiberius, (A.D. 14-37), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 22-23, (28.40 g), obv. Tiberius seated to left on curule chair holding patera and sceptre, around CIVITATIBVS ASIAE RESTITVTIS, rev. TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST P M TR POT XXIIII around large SC, (S.1764, RIC 48, C.3, CBN 52, BMC 70). Deeply toned, very fine or better and scarce.
