Balbinus, (A.D. 238), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 238, (20.79 grams), obv. laureate bust of Balbinus to right, around IMP CAES D CAEL BALBINVS AVG, rev. around LIBERALITAS AVGVS[TORVM], Liberalitas standing to left holding abacus and cornucopiae, (S.-, RIC 15, C.11). Dark green patina, weak in places, otherwise, nearly fine and rare.
