Group of Five: Pacific Star; War Medal 1939-45; Australia Service Medal 1939-45; United Nations Korea Medal 1950-53; Royal Air Force Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (EIIR). 3441 V O S Blackburne on first three medals, A31111 B.O.Blackburne. on fourth medal (note incorrect initials), A3111. V.O.S.Blackburne. on last medal. All medals impressed, the fourth and fifth medals renamed. Swing mounted, very fine.

Together with a riband bar for last four medals.

Correct Service No. is A31111. The WWII service number has not been located but it maybe correct and altered post WWII as Blackburne was in the permanent air force. There is no record of him serving in Korea. He would be entitled to a Long Service Medal but the above medal is renamed.
