Diademed bust to right of Otacilia Severa, draped on a crescent, OTACIL SEVERA AVG around, rev. PIETAS AVGVSTAE around, Pietas standing to left, raising right hand and holding box of perfume, (S.9158 RIC 130 (Philip I),C.43); another, (244-246 A.D.), Rome Mint, (4.98 g), obv. Diademed bust to right of Otacilia Severa, draped on a crescent, MARCIA OTACIL SEVERA AVG around, rev.
