Gorgon's head facing, with tongue protruding, rev. young female head (Artemis Parthenos) to right, head bound with cord, **NEOP* around, (S.1417, SNG ANS 438, SNG Ash. 2324, BMC 17-22) (illustrated); Peloponnesos, Sikyonia, Sikyon, (330/320-280's B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.54 g), obv. chimaera to left, **SI* below, on ground line with right foreleg raised high, rev. dove flying to left, three dots over tail, (cf.S.2774, BCD 284ff, BMC -); Thrace, Abdera, (311-280 B.C.), silver tetrobol, (1.44 g), obv. Griffin springing to left of base with both forelegs raised, rev. **PRWTHS* above within linear square above head of Apollo to left, in field below left an ivy-leaf, all within shallow incuse square, (cf.S.1546, May [Coinage of Abdera] 330) (illustrated); Ionia, Miletos, (2nd century B.C., Kinns 150-115 B.C.), silver drachm (octobol Sear), (4.63 g), Bion magistrate, obv. laureate head of Apollo to right, rev. lion standing right, head left, star above, MI monogram above uncertain monogram (AP?) to right, BI**W*N in exergue.
