Italy, WWII, USA, 956th Air Engineering Sqdn., Enlisted Mens Club, chit book cover for L.300, indecipherable signature at left edge, produced by 530th Spec. Ser. Prtg. Shop, with three loose chits for 5, 10 and 25 lire. Cover very fine, chits extremely fine - uncirculated. (3 + cover).
956th Air Engineering Squadron provided maintenance to the 530th Air Service Group that was activated towards the end of WWII to provide support for a flying unit in Italy in 1945.
