Republic, Anonymous, (c.280-269 B.C.), AE cast sextans, (39.48 g), obv. Dioscuri head right in conical cap two pellets behind, rev. other Dioscuri head to left in conical cap two dots behind, (S.552, Cr.18/5, Syd.19). Casting flaw at top of heads, deeply toned, fine - nearly very fine and very scarce.
