Lokris Opuntii, (c.300 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.64 g), obv. head of Demeter to right, rev. Ajax advancing to right, holding sword and shield, **UPO* monogram between legs, **LOKRON* behind, (S.2330, BCD Lokris 102, BMC 8-9). Deeply toned, mild surface pitting, otherwise very fine and scarce.
