Ireland, National Bank of Ireland, Sligo, uniface black and white printer's proof specimen one pound, paper on card backing, undated (1843-56), imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Petch, London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, SPECIMEN in black at Manager's signature reserve (P.184p). Stains from glue coming through from back, otherwise extremely fine.
