Kenneth Arthur Clark, farmer, age 21, born Westangera, NSW; Enl.21Jan1916 at Goulburn, NSW; RTA 09Aug1919.
Entitled to DCM: LG 12Mar1919 p3392 'For conspicuous gallantry and devotion to duty during an attack on the Hindenburg Line N.of Bellecourt on 30th Sept 1918. When the Officers of his Company had either been killed or wounded, this gallant N.C.O. took charge of and led the company forward in the face of heavy M.G. and rifle fire. When the troops on his flank were held up Sergt Clark attacked with his company enemy M.G. nests, killing the crews. By his initiative and total disregard of danger he set a magnificent example to his men.'
