Egypt, Alexandria, Hadrian, (A.D. 117-138), billon tetradrachm, 24mm, (14.30 g), dated RY 22 = A.D. 137-8, obv. around AVT KAIC TPA A**D*PIANOC CEB, laureate head to right of Hadrian, rev. **P R ONOIA, Pronoia standing left, holding phoenix and sceptre, in field to left KB/L, (S.3747, Koln 1243 var. (bust with slight drapery, arrangement of rev. legend), Dattari 1450, BMC 598, Milne 1562). Good very fine a well struck coin with attractive surfaces.
