Egypt, Kingdom of, Ptolemy XII, Neos Dionysos, (80-51 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, Alexandria mint, struck year 28 = 54-53 B.C., (11.18 g), obv. head of Ptolemy to right with aegis, rev. eagle to left on thunderbolt with closed wings, to left LKH above headress of Isis, to right **PA*, around **BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU**, (cf.S.7947, Sv.1837, SNG Cop.395, Pitchfork 116-120, BMC 32-33). Large flan, dark tone on reverse, otherwise nearly extremely fine, scarce.
