COMMERCIAL BANK OF SYDNEY, second issue, proof five pounds, uniface, black and white, Sydney, 18.., No.., imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co. London, 'SPECIMEN' in Manager signature reserve, '31st August 1860' added in pencil in bottom margin (MVR 2b?). Repaired 10mm tear in bottom margin, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
