Arab-Byzantine, Umayyad Caliphate, (c.685-692), AE fals, 18mm, (3.81 g), Hims (Emesa) mint. obv. crowned facing imperial bust, holding globus cruciger, K/A**L*/O/N (= "good") to left, bi-hims to right rev. Large m, star between annulets above, E/M/I-C/H/C across each side, in exergue 'tayyib' (= "good"), (SICA 1, 544 var. [star after bi-hims]; Album 3524, Wilkes 133 [$125 US]). Fine - very fine with an earthen black patina.
