Zeugitania, Carthage, (c.215-205 B.C.), silver half shekel or drachm, (3.24 g), Italian mint, obv. head of Tanit to left, wreathed with corn, wearing necklace, dotted border, rev. horse standing to right, sun-disk between two uraeus-cobras, Punic letter "O" below, (cf.S.6498, SNG Cop. 361-363, M.89). Bright, cleaned, very fine and scarce.
