Zeugitania, Carthage, (c.260 B.C.), silver shekel or didrachm, (7.53 g), obv. head of Tanit to left, wreathed with corn, single pendant earring, dotted border, rev. horse standing to right looking back, palm tree behind, (cf.S.6491, SNG Cop. 140, M.107, Visona 17). Dark tone, crude flan, very fine and scarce.
