The All-Australia Memorial, History, Heroes, and Helpers, a historical record of national effort during the Great War, includes Australia's Roll of Honour, c1919, produced by British-Australasian Publishing Service, hard cover (22x27.8cm), 4to. 252pp, 144pp, 1c-16c, 1d-16d, includes over 1,000 double-tone illustrations from original photographs, maps, portraits and is fully indexed with foreword by Senator The Hon George Foster Pearce, Minister of State for Defence, affixed at front in space provided is photo of soldier and his young son, both in military uniform, with printed service details for Pte H.M.McDonald (see below). Spine and cover damaged and edges of some pages with some pages damaged, otherwise good and very scarce.
