Australia, WWI, tribute fob in gold (9ct, 5.12g, 33x38mm), obverse, boomerang with shield below and inside a soldier with rifle, at sides of shield is a kangaroo and emu and below crossed laurel sprays, reverse inscribed, To/Pvt. C.Godwin/By/Residents of/Veteran Rd./& District./29-7-19' below is hallmark and under this is inscribed, 'W.D.' Toned, otherwise nearly extremely fine.
