Arab-Sassanian issues, silver hemidrachm of the Muslim successors of Tabaristan, by Arab Governor Hani, (PYE 136-140, A.H. 171-175, A.D. 788-792), (1.86 g), year 138 pellets either side of flame, (A.D.789-790), (A.69, W.294 [p.147, Pl.XXV,14], M.281, SNA Ash.442-3, Malek 114.12-.20); another by an anonymous Arab ruler, with "Afzut (strong)" instead of governors name, (1.78 g)PYE 123-143, A.H. 158-178, A.D. 774-794), year 141, (A.D.792-3), star and crescent before and after flame on reverse, (A.73, cf.SNA Ash.466-468, Malek 180.1-.11).
