Titius, (c.90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.77 g), obv. head of young Bacchus wearing ivy wreath to right, rev. [Q.]TITI on tablet from which springs Pegasus to right, (S.239, Cr.341/2, Syd.692, Titia 2); L. Marcius Censorinus, (c.82 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.44 g), obv. Apollo head laureate to right, dotted border, rev. Satyr Marsyas, standing left, with wine skin on shoulder, behind him a column with figure at top, L.CENSOR before, (S.281, Cr.363/1d, Syd.737, RSC Marcia 24). First with some hoard patination and banker's mark in obverse field, second toned, third with die damage on obverse, all fine or better. (3)
