Egypt, Kingdom of, Ptolemy II Philadelphus, (285-246 B.C.), silver decadrachm, (31.48 g), Alexandria mint, obv. veiled head of Arsinoe to right, wearing stephane, behind uncertain letter, rev. double cornucopiae, bound with fillet, around **[AR]SINOHS FILADEL[FOU]*, (cf.S.7770, cf.Svoronos 477, cf.BMC 15). Oxidation and porosity on obverse at edge, and with some broken surfaces on left side of obverse, otherwise nearly very fine and rare.
