Turkey, Ottoman Empire, Mehmed V (1909-1918), State Notes of the Ministry of Finance, specimen five livres, AH1331 (1915), imprint of Giesecke & Devrient, C 000000, unsigned, 'SPECIMEN' perforated at signature reserve and in Arabic twice at top (P.70s; Gaciroglu RS-1-2-1). Has been folded in quarters, some toning especially on front, nearly extremely fine and rare.
