Elagabalus laureate bust to right and Julia Maesa bust to left, around legend AVT K M AVP ANTONEINOC AV**G IOVLIA* MAICA AV**G*, rev. Homonoia standing left holding phiale and cornucopiae, E to left (Varbanov 1672, Pfeiffer 484); Gordian III and Sarapis, (A.D. 238-244), AE 27, (12.71 g), obv. Gordian III laureate draped and cuirassed bust right facing Sarapis bust draped to left, around ANTWNOC **GORDIANOC AUT*, in exergue AVT K M, rev. Demeter standing to left, holding corn ears and long sceptre, E in field to left, (Varbanov 1977, Pfeiffer 666). Toned, fine - nearly very fine and scarce, the Macrinus rare. (3)
