MARINER'S COMPASS FOB, made as a miniature gold ship's pulley and gold rope inscribed 'From /H.R.H/ DUKE OF EDINBURGH/ To/ W.H NORMAN/ Jan 4th 1868' (8.5grams). Very fine.

(Sir) H. W Norman became Governor of Queensland in 1880's.
