Share certificate to Australia's WWI Minister of Defence, Rialto Rubber Proprietary Limited, Kensington, one hundred shares, 3 June 1927, named to Sir George F.Pearce, together with four letters addressed to Senator Sir Geo F Pearce re the share purchase and a handwritten note signed with initials G.F.P. All pinned at top left corner, fine - very fine. (6)

Sir George Foster Pearce was responsible for the passage of Australia's first Naval Defence Act 1910 and the subsequent establishment of a Naval Board and the Naval Training College.
