Bank of New South Wales correspondence, all hand-written from the Inspector's Office, Sydney to the manager of Yass branch of the bank and other letters from Merion Moriarty, Solicitors, Yass, during April 1899 re conveyance of a property at O'Connelltown extension of the town of Yass, from Cusack and Scourfield and Cusack and Palmer and difficulties arising as a former owner, Rees Jones, never obtained his certificate of title over 40 years earlier. Rees Jones was at one time the Mayor of Yass.
