Marius, (A.D. 269), billon antoninianus, Cologne mint, issued 269, (3.01 g), obv. Marius radiate bust to right, around IMP C MARIVS [P F AVG], rev. SAEC FELICITAS, Felicitas standing to left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae, (S. 11120, RIC 10, C.13). Weakness in places some silvering, rough edges, good fine and rare.
Ex D.J.Foster Collection and previously from Spink Noble Sale 44 (lot 2638).
