Galba, (A.D. 68-69), silver denarius, issued late 68 - January 69, Rome mint, (2.97 g), obv. laureate head to right of Galba, around [IMP SER] GALBA CAESAR AVG P M, rev. Livia standing to left, holding patera and sceptre, around [DIVA] AVGVSTA, (cf.S.2102, BMC 12, RIC 4, RSC 58). Dark tone, fine and rare.
