Bank of Australia, lottery ticket for the disposal of unsaleable assets of the bank, ticket 4655, issued to J.F.Morriset, Sydney, 19th day of October 1848, signed by the directors, imprint H C Jervis (MVR p65). Good fine.
The Government objected to the second lottery on the 9th of April 1849. See the Nicholson Collection Sale 49 (lot 1519) and Sale 79 (lot 2880).
