FELI/ CITAS/ IMP P, all within laurel wreath; another issued 247-249 A.D., Rome Mint, 4.31 grams, RIC 62, C.50, Obv. Radiate bust to r. of Philip I, draped and cuirassed seen partly from behind, IMP PHILIPPVS AVG around, Rev. FIDES EXERCITVS around, four standards one of which is a legionary eagle; another issued 248 A.D., Rome Mint, 4.11 grams, RIC 24c, C.193, Obv. Radiate bust to r. of Philip I, draped and cuirassed seen partly from behind, IMP PHILIPPVS AVG around, Rev. SAECVLARES AVGG around, low column inscribed COS III.
