Jupiter in quadriga to r., holding sceptre and reins in l. hand, and hurling thunderbolt with r. hand, below ROM[A], [L]MINVC[I] in exerque; another M. Carbo, silver denarius, issued 122 B.C., 3.88 grams, Rome Mint, Crawford 276/1, Sydenham 423, BMC 472, B. Papiria 6, Obv. Head of Roma r., X below chin, laurel branch behind, Rev. Jupiter in quadriga to r. holding reins and sceptre in l. hand and hurling thunderbolt with r. hand, below M. CARBO, in exerque ROMA. Toned, very fine or better, (1465,1467). (2)
