Elagabalus, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 220-220, (3.56 grams), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus draped and cuirassed to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around FORTVNA E REDVCI, Fortuna standing half left, holding rudder on globe and cornucopiae, (S.2098, RIC 83A, C.50a). Brilliant, good extremely fine and rare in this condition.
