Group of Ten: 1914 Star, - clasp - 5th Aug.-22nd Nov.1914; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; 1939-45 Star; Atlantic Star; Africa Star; Burma Star; Defence Medal 1939-45; War Medal 1939-45; Efficiency Medal (GVIR Indiae:Imp) with Territorial suspender and additional efficient service bar. 7534 Dmr: P.S.Warder.G.Gds on first three medals, fourth to ninth medals unnamed as issued, 2646155 Gnr. P.S.Warder. R.A. on last medal. All named medals impressed. The first three medals with heavy and numerous contact marks, the last with obverse staining, all but two medals lacquered, overall good - good very fine.
Percy Stanley Warder, born 1892 at Marylebone, England; Enl.1910 in Coldstream Guards and posted to duty at Farnborough Barracks as drummer in 2nd Bn; ops in France and Flanders from 12Aug1914.
