Banking, Land Mortgage Bank of Victoria Limited, 18[90], eleven £5 shares, black print and scrollwork left side, overprinted 'New Issue 1890' in red top left; together with Colony of Victoria, Land Conveyance, handwritten on vellum, between the Land Mortgage Bank of Victoria Limited and Mr John Schubert of Kilmore, of land in the Parish of Moranding, County of Dalhousie, sealed and dated 24th July 1876, with Queen Victoria 10/-, 2/-, 1/-, 6d and 4d statute stamps affixed. First item with two pin holes and light folds, second with some foxing, stamps on second item fiscally cancelled, fine - very fine. (2)
