Weigh, and Entered by his initials, unwatermarked, value block as £1 in corners, no imprint, on front 'W.S. Weigh & Son General Storekeeper Wine and Spirit Merchants, Boulia Queensland', below 'To the Bank of New South Wales Winton, Please pay No. A 7594 or Bearer the sum of One Pound Sterling this first day of Octr 1928', within rectangular border, pink central block, pink and black on white, (Vort-Ronald p.23 notes issuer, this note illustrated Vort Ronald..Shinplaster..p.114). Creases and folds, in ink 'Cancelled' at side, some paper toning, folds, otherwise nearly very fine and very rare.
