Chapman Proprietor, dated 11/6/'09, No 694-694A, cancelled after 1st October 1909, as a discount for every five pounds worth of goods purchased by bearer, not dated c.1920s (telephone number M2021 provided) signed by Director and Secretary, no watermark, pink on brown on front and brown on back, (type not noted in Vort Ronald..Miscellaneous or shinplaster). Several fold holes, many creases, otherwise very good and very rare, possibly unique.
