Kushano-Sasanians, Bahram III (Kidara), (c.350 A.D.), gold dinar on scyphate flan, (7.60 g), obv. crowned king standing left, flames at shoulders, sacrificing at altar and holding trident, trident to left, tamgha to right, rev. Siva standing facing, holding diadem and trident, behind, the bull Nandi standing left, (Carter. "A Numismatic Reconstruction of Kushano-Sasanian History" in AMNSMN 30 (1985) No.36, cf.Cribb 13, MK 724). Good very fine, reverse struck with typical worn die, minor flan crack and very rare.
