Description

Kneeling nude female statue, in white ceramic (115mm high), long hair, left arm across breast and dress draped across knees; large glass tumbler etched with bird design on one side and etched on opposite side, 'goldfinch/from a woodcut by/Thomas Bewick/1753-1828'; small colured ceramic vase, underside marked 235/881 Made in Holland; modern, flat black ceramic pot holder (approx 150mm square) with sphinx and lion design on sides. The vase has a hairline crack at top edge, otherwise very fine - extremely fine. (4)
