Maximianus, (A.D. 286-305, first reign), AE follis, Cyzicus mint, issued A.D. 295-296, (8.98 g), obv. laureate head of Maximianus to right, around IMP C MAXIMIANVS P F AVG, rev. around GENIO POPV LI ROMANI, Genius standing to left, holding patera and cornucopiae, K**D* in exergue, (S.13269, RIC 10b); Constantius I as Caesar, (A.D. 305-306), AE folles, issued 296-7, Ticinum mint, (9.82 g), obv. laureate head to right, around CONSTANTIVS NOB CAES, rev. GENIO POPV LI ROMANI, in exergue ST., star in left field, Genius standing to left, holding patera and cornucopiae, (S.12047, RIC 35a) (illustrated). Attractive large full flan, brown tone, good very fine, last with silvering and extremely fine. (2)
